Dr. Jorch grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut and Oxford, Maryland.  She completed her BA in History from Georgetown University in 2005.  After completing her undergraduate degree and realizing that her childhood dream of being a veterinarian was her true calling, she spent two years working as a research assistant and summer junior sailing program director while completing pre veterinary coursework.  Dr. Jorch received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University in 2011.  Then she completed a one year rotating small animal internship at Friendship Hospital for Animals in Washington, DC.  Dr. Jorch and her husband moved to Maryland in 2012 where she practiced in Calvert County for several years before joining Greater Annapolis Veterinary Hospital in 2017.

Dr. Jorch resides in Annapolis with her husband and two rescue dogs, Gia and Bella.  Outside of work she enjoys sailing, travelling, and spending time with friends, family, and her two horses Beau and Piney.
