Emergency Veterinarian

Some emergencies are:

  • Trouble breathing

  • Bleeding

  • Pacing, panting, and anxiousness indicating pain

  • Swelling or other allergic reaction

  • Hit by a car or car accident

  • Other major trauma

  • Drowning

  • Hypothermia

  • Hyperthermia/heat exhaustion

  • Seizures

  • Inability to urinate

  • Pain

  • Persistent vomiting or diarrhea

  • Poisoning

  • Dietary indiscretion

  • High fever

Greater Annapolis Veterinary Hospital is open for emergencies :

Monday—Friday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Sunday CLOSED
